FAQs

What is the dress code for your wedding?

It’s New York so you can wear whatever you want and no one will bat an eye. If that’s way too vague, you can use “Semi-formal” as inspiration. So you can be formal if you like formal, or semi if you like semi.

Is there a ceremony?

No ceremony. This day we’re eating, drinking, laughing, dancing, maybe asking the DJ for a song and getting rejected by the DJ, you know, the usual party stuff.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

If you put any restrictions in the RSVP form, we’ll make sure we got something for you.

What can I do if I go to New York for a few days before or after the wedding?

Well, there’s… a lot of stuff. There’s like a giant statue of a lady with a torch, a corner filled with giant screens, a big park. Beyond the basics, here are some recos we like for eating, seeing or walking around.

Why the Chelsea Hotel?

The Chelsea is a New York institution. Its facade is iconic, it hosted musicians and artists like Andy Warhol, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Kerouac, etc. It’s pretty much a magical place. It’s also like 6 blocks away from where we live.
